Extend is a simple platform that makes it easy to manage company credit card spending and employee expenses. Businesses can connect their existing credit cards to the Extend app and get access to features such as instant virtual card creation, AI-powered expense tracking, easy receipt management, automated reconciliation with accounting software integrations, and more.

With Extend, businesses can pay vendors, make purchases, and manage subscriptions with the control and security of virtual cards. Employees can manage company expenses with accountability and transparency via virtual cards and budgeting tools. Extend's spend and expense management capabilities automate manual processes with automated receipt capture and transaction approvals. With the Pro tier, users receive more advanced expense management features, integrations, and additional users and capacity.

When you create an Extend account at app.paywithextend.com/signup and subscribe using an eligible Mastercard, your discount is automatically applied during checkout.

To qualify, you must register an eligible Mastercard credit card with your Extend account. No promo code, coupon, or separate registration process is required. Once your eligible card is registered, the discounted subscription pricing will be reflected automatically.

Getting started is easy: simply create an Extend user account with your business email. Once logged in, follow the prompts to register your commercial credit card. After your first 12 months, any complimentary seats included through the Mastercard offer will automatically convert to standard paid seats at the Mastercard Cardholder Pro plan rate.

You can review, adjust, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings before the renewal takes effect. Any changes you make will be reflected in your future billing

If you already have an active Extend subscription, please contact Extend using the form at paywithextend.com/support-request with the email address associated with your Extend account. The Extend team will review your account and, where eligible, work with you to apply the Mastercard benefit to your existing subscription.

Discounted pricing will be reflected when you enter your card number on the checkout page.

If you use a non-eligible payment card, you will see the full Extend Pro subscription fee at checkout and will be charged the full fee if you submit the transaction.

You can cancel at any time by navigating to Org Settings → Manage Plan and selecting Cancel Plan. Your subscription will remain active through the end of your current billing period and there are no cancellation fees. The Mastercard benefit cannot be applied retroactively to prior subscription charges or past billing periods.

If you already have an active Extend subscription, contact Extend using the form at paywithextend.com/support-request with the email address associated with your account. Where eligible, the Extend team will apply the Mastercard benefit to your subscription on a go-forward basis. The benefit will begin once it has been applied to your account and will not be used to refund or credit previous charges.
