She thrives at the intersection of product, design, and engineering, working cross-functionally to ship features that make finance teams’ lives easier. Prior to Extend, Melissa led product development at gap intelligence, a data intelligence startup, where she grew revenue by expanding into new verticals and spearheaded the company’s agile transformation. Melissa holds a BA in Psychology and brings a product philosophy rooted in continuous discovery, collaboration, and user empathy.
